Update - September 10, 2005
At the Adirondacks NCRS Chapter Meet, the car made Top-Flight with a score of 98.4% and took 1st Place in the 63-67 Class at the Adirondack Corvette Club's Annual VetteFest (the license plate was a big hit with the girls!)

August 2003 - She comes home!

This 1963 Convertible is an original Numbers Matching Fuelie (well, almost - but will be when the restoration is completed). However, although the pictures make it look pretty good, and it is, it does in fact need to be restored. The car was acquired in August of 2003. In October of 2003 a frame-off restoration began to bring the car back to original beauty.
We have taken major pains, and expense, to insure that all major components are original (Engine, FI Unit, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifolds, Starter, Alternator, Fuel Pump, Radiator, Expansion Tank, Voltage Regulator, Horn Relay, Transmission, Differential, Gauge Cluster, Glove Box, Voltage Regulator, Shifter, Console, Steering Wheel, control Arms, Trailing Arms, Brake Drums, Backing Plates, Frame, Crossmembers, emergency brake cables, rear wheel assemblies, steering knuckles and spindles, relay rod, Vent Windows, Windshield and Framing, wheels, hubcaps, etc. etc. and etc.). We have also replaced wear items, hardware, and other appearance/cosmetic items for the sake of making the car safer, more durable, and more cost/time beneficial to the restore process. When completed, this car will look as good if not better than the day it rolled out of the showroom.
