Let the games begin:
This pile includes everything except the Headers, Cats, X-pipe, and Brembo Brake Upgrade. They are off to the side. We are stripping the car down to the unibody and pretty much putting it all back together with all new go-fast goodies.
We are not prejudice. Besides Corvettes and Camaros we will work on all American Muscle, Ford included. We'll even put them in the same shop next to each other. They get along fine.
Motor is out and on the floor. Time for lots of clean-up and detailing before putting it all back together with some new go-fast goodies.
At the same time the motor is being removed we removed the front and rear suspension for the upgrades. The rear is getting the HD Posi unit and 31spline axles, adjustable tubular control arms, shocks, springs, sway and more. Similar for the front.
The bottom of the car is stripped clean. This will all be cleaned up and the subframe connectors will be welded in.
The interior is removed to be able to weld the subframe connectors and torque boxes for reinforcement. We will also be installing a 4point rollcage. During the reassembly the carpeting and seats will be replaced with new custom goodies.
The old motor is pulled from the car then the new motor gets a few parts off the old motor and then it goes back in the car along with the new Tremec Tranny. The negative part about all this is when you get a new motor that has slight differences. The heater hose fitting under the intake was different. The bolt holes in the front of the block for all the accessories were different, the flywheel bolted up different and required different bolts, etc. It's always a challenge to work through all the issues that pop-up. These things take time to resolve especially when parts are required. But, we are good to go now.
A little clean-up of the trunk and some paint go a long way. Also test fitting of the Bottle! There is a lot of wiring for the Nitrous system, Bottle Warmer, Remote Opener, N20 Gauge, Fuel System Relay, and other gauges being installed. Once wrapped, everything will be near and tidy.
Installation of Heavy Duty 31-spline axles, new seals and bearings, new posi unit, adjustable upper control arms, tubular lower control arms, Adjustable Shocks, driveshaft safety loop, and new Ford Racing Cobra Brakes.
Starting to look like something!

Custom made Dewitt's Radiator with Dual Spal Fans and relays. It's a work of art and will keep this puppy cool. When racing, the nitrous is setup to blow on the intercooler which will not only cool the compressed air in the intercooler but will also get sucked back through the radiator.
Front suspension upgrades includes Brembo Brakes, Slotted Rotors, new Steel Braided lines, Steeda Coils, Tokico Struts, and Ford Racing Lower Control Arms and Sway Bars.
Almost done. Fuel system, fans and relays, additional gauges installed (Fuel Pressure, Nitrous Pressure, and Boost). The fuel system includes a new additional inline pump, -8 Steel braided line from the back to the front, large bore fuel rails, 60lb injectors, and a regulated return system.
Door bars added to roll-cage.
Supercharger and Hose Final Install
And now were talking. Time to fire it up!
Final tweaking and tuning and ready for delivery.
