The original rear, transmission, and clutch are being replaced along with the shocks, swaybars, and brake calipers. The original 3.42 rear leaked badly and the clutch was just about gone.

The clutch had a little problem. One screw that holds the slave-cylinder in had fallen out and the other was almost out all the way. This tore up the flywheel and pressure plate and even put a small hole in the inspection cover. The pressure plate actually had a crack in it. Not much life left here.

New LS7 (Z06) flywheels, pressure plate, disc, and slave cylinder were all installed. This should handle any pounding given to it.

New heavy-duty "RPM Transmissions" 6 speed transmission was installed along with a DynoTech Engineering Stage III rear with 4:10 gears. .
