This numbers matching DZ302 Z28 was taken apart more than 6 years ago and some work done but then things got put on hold. Our mission is to put the car back together as a good driver for family fun. As you can see from some of the pictures, it will be a bit of a challenge. Many of the parts are just in boxes, baskets and bins. 

This car was originally a Dusk Blue, Blue Standard Interior, Blue Vinyl Top Z28. As many original parts as can be reused, will be. 

As delivered:

The work will be completed in three phases:

• Install new brake lines and fasteners
• All new rubber hoses
• Rebuild rear brakes
• Install Master Cylinder (Bleed brakes when completed)
• Install fuel lines and fasteners
• Install new tank, sending unit, wiring
• Remove and clean-up rear carrier (flush fluid and reseal)
• Sandblast and paint springs
• Clean-up (possibly replace but doubt it) inner and outer heater box and core
• Heater hoses, clamps
• Install water pump
• Install alternator
• Install Harmonic Balancer
• Sandblast and paint all bracketry
• Install distributor, plug wires, any shielding
• Install carburetor
• Install pedals and throttle linkage
• Sandblast/paint exhaust manifolds
• Install complete exhaust system
• Install Radiator and shroud
• Install fan and fan clutch
• Install hoses
• Install clutch, transmission and shifter
• Secure/mount engine and tranny
• Install driveshaft and new u-joints
• Install new wiring harnesses
• Install shocks and sway bars
• Lots of clean-up, painting, sandblasting, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

• Repair Trunk Area and tank hangers
• Install correct wheels (Paint/Restore?)
• Rechroming - bumpers, wheel trim, window trim, etc.)
• Install new grill, trunk lid, etc.
• Install headlights, marker lights, taillghts
• Clean/restore/install wiper motor/washer/wipers
• Install dash, console, glove box and gauges
• Install windows, regulators, locks and door handles
• Install door panels
• Install seats
• Install other interior trim pieces
• Remove, Clean and paint steering column
• Replace steering wheel
• Clean-up and paint/encapsulate window frames (front and back)
• Replace left front fender
• Replace and install new inner fender panels if these can't be saved
